When you’re a teenager, summer jobs suck—even if you’re POTUS’s daughter.
According to reports, the President and First Lady’s baby girl, Sasha Obama, took on a job slinging hash at a seafood restaurant on Martha’s Vineyard. Little sister Sasha has had a ton of low-key gigs, but her most recent one has her working a morning shift at a fried-fish joint that ends around 11:30 a.m.
Sasha’s duties include working the takeout counter, busing tables and prepping for the lunch rush at the Oak Bluffs restaurant Nancy’s.
People on the Vineyard are reportedly gossiping that Sasha’s non-glamorous summer job may have been some kind of punishment, but Michelle Obama has often stated that she wants her girls to understand the value of working hard and achieving a goal.
